Le Studio - Temple Of Sound - Episode One

LeStudio was a world class recording studio in the Laurentian Mountains of Canada. It was the private retreat of Rush for the writing and recording of eight of their albums, as well as hundreds of other artists over the years. It closed in 2003 and now sits stripped of all it's furnishings & equipment, abandoned in the forest.

Check out episode one of "Le Studio - Temple of Sound", a new Youtube documentary which covers the LeStudio backstory from inception to current state. This episode gives viewers a strong foundation for future episodes to come later. - Thanks to Ed at RushIsABand for the headsup!

  1. I'm six minutes in and so far it's been all about the guy talking about _talking about_ the documentary. I look forward to a re-edit that gets to the point and tells the story. Cut to the chase. Show me, don't tell me.

  2. So, after about the 8-minute mark, it gets much better. Obviously the guy put a lot of work into this.

  3. He forgot the band Pilot and their album "Morin Heights", where LeStudio resides.
